Imagine the ability for Hybrid Events to communicate to visual learners differently than with auditory learners as they experience an event. Our council was fascinated by this ability, even applying the concept into how information could be uniquely communicated to all individuals based on their profile, interest, and intent.
The council voiced a strong position that engaging more of the human senses leads to the most memorable experiences. For example, creating haptic solutions that allow virtual attendees to engage in touch, taste, and smell. In a simpler concept, imagine a solution that allows both virtual and in-person attendees to share their energy with each other in real-time. Energy is vital to those delivering content because the value of gauging your audience is immeasurable and a common reason the council recognizes as to why events aren’t being held during the pandemic. Hybrid Events must effectively humanize the experience.
